Gaza strip land rights

A growing number of Israelis are moving to settlements in the West Bank out of economic rather than ideological reasons. Is that clear enough for an obtuse person like you to understand? While Egypt says "[a]ny claim that there should be free movement for all Palestinians from Gaza into Egypt is a joke. However, the US has made it clear that it would like to see negotiations re-opened rather than political action at the UN. Instead of buying the land from its Palestinian owners, the newly created Jewish state passed laws which would enable it to obtain land through "legal" means. According to a settlement expert, the project would cut off Jerusalem from its Arab surroundings and kill any chance for a viable Palestinian state in the West Bank.
